Tinnitus Causes – Can Yours Be Cured?
This article describes some of the most common causes of tinnitus (as reported by sufferers themselves in an online survey), and points you to a holistic guide that can help you cure most any cause of this devastating condition you might be suffering from.
First, a disclaimer. The information provided here is based on an informal survey conducted online. Still, I believe the results are representative of the general population of tinnitus sufferers, and will apply to most readers of this article.
In the survey, people cited major causes of their tinnitus. Stress, medication, and sinus infections were frequently listed as tinnitus causes. Fortunately, each of these causes of ringing in the ears can be effectively treated. Stress in particular is key, since it is not only a cause of tinnitus on its own. Stress also aggravates and amplifies the effects of other causes, making them harder to deal with.
Stress and Anger Cause Tinnitus…
The most common cause of tinnitus listed by people answering the questionnaire was Cochlea damage from sources like loud noises or head injuries. Happily, even these trauma-induced causes of tinnitus can be treated with the proper approach. While the damage itself may not be reversible, there are many things that can be done to lessen or even eliminate the "ringing ears" effect of the injury.
As we’ve just discussed, while there are many different causes of tinnitus, all of them can be treated, lessened, even cured with the right approach. For people who haven’t been helped by more conventional approaches, the "right approach" could be a holistic one, a tinnitus treatment that addresses all the causes of their problem simultaneously. Such a treatment plan does exist, and has already helped many, many people achieve relief, regardless of the tinnitus causes they are afflicted with.
